Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My friend has been on a 3 day week for the past 11 weeks and has been asked to go back full time next week,he has 2 weeks holidays booked for the end of August and was wondering how many days holidays he will lose for the 11 weeks he was on the 3 days. Some have told him half a day for every month and others have said a day and a quarter for every month?Anyone here been through this?

Whatever rate of holidays he accrued normally, he would get 60% of the rate for those 11 weeks.
I dont think the fact the the dole sees it as a 6 day working week would make much difference, as it would be the employer he is getting the holidays from.
