Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Advise Needed Please

    Hi all.

    Hope that someone can help.

    I am currently unemployed and getting JB. I have an opportunity to write articles that are going to be €200 per article. These articles are varied and I may have one every 2 weeks or 1 every few months. Does anyone know what way this would work with my benefit?

    try and get paid in cash or create a situation where you get paid in cash by the company paying someone/thing else legitmately who then pays you cash

    How would it be fraud. If it was fraud you would be able to prove it but since everything is cash baased you cant prove it. You follow the logic?

    obviously i follow your logic however if you are working cash in hand or not you are getting extra money social welfare is there for people who are not working in any shape or form and the only income being received is from social welfare
    if you are working cash in hand on a regular basis or not you are still working and receiving money so therefore are not entitled to sw for that particular week/days

    Right when that company thats paying you in cash gets questioned during a random audit of its books by the revenue they'll find out where that cash was going very easily. Ask why it was being paid in cash and quickly find out that you weren't paying taxes on that income.

    Don't listen to this fool. What he is saying is illegal and if you are found out it will cost you a lot more than a weeks SW now and then.

    Ring up the SW explain your position , and they'll give you an answer then and there

    Even cash leaves a trail. Please do not advocate Social Welfare fraud on this forum
