Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Top notch stuff as always Steyr. It's great to see the Vulcan flying, such an iconic a/c. Much appreciated, looking forward to the rest.

Great photos thanks. I particularly like the Lancaster. My uncle disappeared in a lancaster over osnabruck, 50 SQD. Took off Swinderby and never returned (17/18 Aug 1942). We have his log book. He was 20 years old. My father has been in touch with the RAF lately and has been offered a taxi down the runway in a restored lancaster - most probably the one in your picture as far as I know there is only one still flying.

hopefully its fixable, these birds are getting long in the tooth but the uk only refurbished theirs (in 2008 over 8 months) so hopefully it'll go on flying for a long time yet in memory of those who gave so much for us.
