did flocking it increase its value in terms of the tactile sensation, aesthetics, color or appearance? was it flocked for functional reasons for insulation, slip-or-grip friction or low reflectivity?

it is fibres that are statically placed on to an adhesive and make them stand on their end. It gives the item a pluch velvet appearance and feel. It looks great, especailly in glove boxes, dashes, mirrors etc....:):)

That sounds flocking class, my dad had a car with a furry dash back in the 80's. Proper furry like he crossed fiat with hallmark

its only 70euro for the dash, it stops reflection in the windscreen. most rally and race cars are done with it. and i think it only 10euro for a glove box

    .... cool story bro

i might just do that to my car too because having a reflection in the windscreen is so annoying for me... and sur seeing as the rally car drivers do it it's defo a great idea
