Hey, has anyone suffered from te faulty fire alarm/heat sensor that keeps beeping even if you replace the battery and test it

Is there a fix or do I need a replacement

My smoke alarm started beeping every few minutes or so. I changed the battery but still beeping. Had another look, I hadn't pushed the battery in properly. All ok now, hope this helps.

If it's a monitored alarm and you have replaced the battery properly you may need to 'learn' the fire alarm back. Press the button in until it activates and the alarm panel will pick it up. Disarm by entering the code.
Make sure you advise the monitoring company first.
