Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

JSA Phone Interview - They Never Called??

    Hi Everyone,

I was due to have an interview with the local inspector (Galway) yesterday to review my application for JSA. About two weeks ago I received a call from the office saying that they were going to give me a phone interview instead, and told me to drop documents into the office in advance.

Now I presumed that they would give me a call yesterday for the interview, as she didnt mention a change of date or anything like that. But no phone call.

Now im starting to think... Was her original call my interview??? It only lasted about 5 minutes? I dropped in all the stuff that they requested so now im confused as to whats going on

Anyone have any experiences of this?

Yes. they will call at their convenience.
If your jsb is expiring and you have not heard with about a week to go I would suggest dropping into reception at local social welfare office and query it.

Thanks for the quick reply Mikehn. I should have specified earlier that I am just out of college so no JSB.
