o2 webtext still allow you to text foreign numbers?

Last two foreign texts I sent via webtext have come up as "Not Delivered" on my webtext page. One Dutch and one German. Has anyone had any problems with this?

Yes it still works, make sure you use the full country codes and OO as it doesn't accept +

It does accept +.
However if you had old contacts stored on the website, before it was redesigned these might be stored as 3312345678 i.e. without a + or 00. These don't seem to work now.
