    HELP!

Dad to be and I am trying to decide on a buggy. There is a great offer on at the moment with most Irish and UK suppliers all seem to be in or around the same price on a Phil & Teds dash with coocon, double kit, and rain cover.

Has anybody bought the dash and what are they like? Also it is important to us that it can be used for running.

    Thanks,

    Hi

We got the Phil & Teds dash buggy with all the accessories (cocoon) etc and find it brilliant. We live in a rural area and you can take this thing anywhere. Its great for the beach, going through fields and over dodgy surfaces...When we took our son home from the hospital,he looked lost in the cradle we had for him so we just used to put the cocoon into the cradle and he slept away fine in that. You can also get an adaptor for the maxi cosi cabriofix car seat which fits onto the Phil & Teds dash. This is dead handy if you're nipping into the shops and don't want the hassle of lifting a sleeping baby out of its carseat and putting him/her into the buggy. I've been running with this buggy too (though not too often!) and its really comfortable. Some people I know have complained that the P&T dash is a bit on the heavy side if you're lifting it in and out of the boot of the car but it doesn't really bother me too much. I'd highly recommend this buggy, especially if like me you don't want to wait too long for the next one...best of luck

We had a Graco for our first, but switched to P & T just before our second came along and we love it. It's really manageable and convenient. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a Bugaboo for the first; we just bought a Phil&Teds Sport now that our second has arrived.

I prefer the Bugaboo of the two. It is easier to manouevre and its much lighter. I just think its nicer.

But for two kids Phil&Teds is great. Our elder gets a great kick out of his little baby sister being asleep behind him.

EDIT: we have Phil&Teds Sport; can't comment on the DASH.

we had the vibe and had to sell it on, just found it too heavy and very difficult to get around. We got the quinny buzz instead and got a buggy board for our toddler, find it miles better
