Medical readmission and reg fee

    Hi,
    I was forced to wihdrew from Uni last year. My uni, TCD have informed I qualify for free fees this year given the circumstances of my withdrawl. I qualified for a mantince grant and thus my reg fee last year was paid by the co council. The fees office have informed me I need to contact my local co council and request that they pay the reg fee. Does anyone have any experiance with this. Will they pay, or to I need to go pimping myself for the €1500
