stolen mobile - what to do?

Hi all My wifes o2 iphone has just been stolen - I'm trying to get thru' to 02 customer care to lock the phone down but am on hold forever. Is there anything else I can do? Cheers

Just keep trying. If you've got insurance on your phone then you can get it replaced for no extra cost provided your insurance isn't out of date.
