Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

assuming they already have internet and half decent routers/firewalls it could be done for zero cost with the appropiate software setup

it all depends on what services you wish to share and how much bandwidth will be used

if it's a non-commercial enterprise stuff like teamviewer already allows you to manage machines remotely

without saying what you want it's like asking how long is a piece of string and people could sell up to daft money

Once the computers are connected by VPN then you don't have to worry so much about getting through firewalls and you can use Windows Remote Desktop and/or TightVNC.

    +1
That's what I would have thought. If you have set up a routed IP network, you would just need to make sure that the protocols you need are allowed between the VPN networks...

But I think the OP needs to clarify a few things on the original posting.. When I first read this, it looks like a quote for a maintenance contract, and possibly for the setup of the VPN. Could you clarify this?
