    AGP got phased out quite quickly when PCI-E was able to outperform it.

    I don't have pci-e either.
    Just vanila pci.

    afaik this is the most powerful card available for old school pci.

    Anyone know better?

    40 quid to keep my old pc running for a few more years? I'm cool with that.

    Don't want a new pc until usb 3.0 is standard and ssds are more common and affordable, using an standard 2-4 tb hdd as mass storage
