I know Subway do a honey mustard sauce but I don't know if they'll sell it to you. Other than that, I'd check the usual grocery retailers, tesco etc.

lidl do a honey mustard sandwich/salad dressing (Can't remember which.) It's only about a euro so worth a try anyway.
