Best place to buy a Limerick flag (not a GAA one)

    Hi folk,

    I've been looking to buy a small Limerick flag, but haven't found any yet, bar the GAA flag which is not the one I'm looking for.

    I know the corporation and the county council use two different flags?

    So which would be the correct Limerick flag crest? Would it be the one with the castle on the red background, on a green and white flag, or would it be the sarsfield logo on a green and white flag?

    Or, is the Limerick flag just green and white, with no symbol...?

    I always took the green and white flag to be the official one and the castle one was like a county coat of arms type thing.

    The wiki page for Limerick seems to say the same.


    Green & White is the official flag by the looks of it.

    Think my father might have something with Limerick City logo. Definately has a tie but Im sure he has a hat as well. Some old drinking buddy works in city hall.
