What has gone wrong with Diet Cidona? Three times I have bought bottles only to find it cloudy instead of clear. (they were all well within their sell-by dates) One time there was organic sludge near the end of the bottle. The taste seemed different too as if it might have been fermenting. I returned the unused bottles to the various shops and they all offered to refund the price which is not the main issue. None of the shops had heard any other complaints and the cloudy Diet Cidona is still on sale on the shelves in one shop to which I had returned the product and obtained refund. Who makes Cidona these days - do Bulmers still exist or is it someone else? Do they not have quality control? Do retailers not care if they sell defective food product?

The contact details should be on the label.

Bringing it back to the shops won't achieve a thing, you need to contact the manufacturer.

It's not made by Bulmers any more. It was among the soft drinks C&C (owners of Bulmers) sold to Britvic Ireland.

it is made from apples and sometimes it will be cloudy just the same as cider will be cloudy, but this is no harm to you.

It's pretty well an axiom of consumerism that you should bring your complaint to the person with whom you have contracted -- in this case, the shopkeeper.
