Notebook < €250

Looking to get a small 10" laptop/notebook [not sure what they're called tbh] for 250 or less. Only going to be using it for browing the web and some minor MS Office tasks for College so spec isn't an issue as I have a decent laptop for that already, looking for something a bit more portable though.
