Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Missing sign on day - procedure?

I will be missing my sign on day next week due to the fact I'll be out of the country. I called over to my SW office and told them this and presented the officer with my flight information for proof. She had me sign something and then said the my payment would be put through before this coming weekend due to the bank holiday on Monday. Excuse my ignorance here as I had a few things to sort out down there and it was just before 1 o'clock so she was getting a little ancy. Firstly having signed this slip for her do I still need to go back to 'sign on' after I return home, and is it normal for the payment to be put through in advance of my trip? I would have assumed it would be put through as normal on Wednesday and waiting for me on return.

If anybody has any experience with this any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!
