Had to go to the doctor yesterday for a sinus infection I have. €50 to see him and then €26.36 for a a miniature tube of cream for my nose (€16+ fecking euro) and my anti biotic (€9 ish). €76.36 is half of my weeks wage.

This is why I get pished off with this poxy country, I pay tax along with college fees, my mam and dad have paid 30 years of tax each. Then you get cnuts who sit on the dole get their rent allowances, medical cards, and God knows what else.

Scrap the medical card, and subsidise medical care for everyone!

Yeah I hate going to the doctor it pisses me off. Had to go last year at college because my sinuses got blocked up and as a result one ear was pretty much deaf. Went in to one place and some black lad (no racist) started clicking his fingers to make sure i was hard of hearing in one ear, retard (no word of a lie - he didn't believe me when I told him what ear it was because one ear looked more waxy than the other, despite the fact that it was obviously not blocked up on the outside of the ear, far more likely the middle ear or deeper into my fuuuucking head. Any other profession and that dumb bastard wouldn't have a job, there should really be some ongoing assessment of doctors because other than malpractice they will never get done for shít despite how bad they might be at their job). Then he referred me to a specialist. That visit cost €130 for 3 minutes just to get sent to someone else. Specialist actually told me what to do and what the problem was but that cost an extra €160 for 10 minutes. I'd pay that happily enough though cause at least he knew what he was talking about. Literally had no money for the week nearly went phucking hungry.

Also had to buy the shít in the pharmacy then after where all those heroin heads get their shít for 0.50c and I've to pay out me arse for it.

phuck you gav im rather annoyed now

    /rant :D

Oh actually forgot the women in the doctors, he was bitching and moaning because she was there for 45 mins or whatever. She goes in to see the doctor, strolls out the door, so guessing she had a medical card. When you're getting something for free you cow you take it, next time you can bitch and moan if you're the one forking out €50.

:D I manned up until I went deaf at which point I thought I better try and save the ear :P Too dodgy with one ear, always living in fear of having to learn sign language when ya only one good ear left that could go at any moment. That's why God gave ya 2, so if one goes bust you'll always have your emergency ear.

Shelbourne FC -v- Cork City FC: Title Decider!

Living for this match tonight, Shels win or draw the League is ours, Cork draw and they're promoted and a win will get them the League. The pressure is on them! Going to be a huge crowd at Tolka, upwards of 1,200 Corkies travelling.

Not only did we lose, we lost in the 94th/95th min of the game. All we needed to do was hold out but the Corkies scored!

Thats rough Gav. Devestated I'd say

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,965 ✭✭✭✭Gavin "shels"

Oh it gets worse, the board "broke" midway through the match so the board didn't go up with added time, supposedly only 3 mins were added though.

Devasted but we're promoted that's the main thing, don't think I could handle another year of travelling to the sticks of Ireland costing myself a fortune, 5 years of that was enough. Plus, Cup Final in Lansdowne next Sunday, I plan to be boozing by this time next Sunday already!

Turns out it didn't quite go to plan.

Went to one of the lads houses he was 18 today so we just drank there didn't bother going into town. It was good craic, such an amount of food I ate.

Went out for dinner first with the family
-Chicken rice kind of thing, was nice
-Ate half of my grandad's fish
    -Chocolate biscuit cake

About twenty minutes later got to the house
    -Had a plate of curry
-Had a half plate of a fella's who couldn't finish his
-Had three quarters of another fella's
    -Had cake
    -About 25 chicken wings
    -Plate of curry.

And by kebab I mean a proper kebab, the ladies' privates would be a fish taco

colorful discussions on WGT, I don't know if I can tell you what WGT is,

promoting another site might get me gee bagged, but they use small balls and sticks to hit the small ball into a hole.
