Apparently it was available for a very short time, when I went in after work the manager was bleating on about it being so fantastic :rolleyes: One of the betting office buddies got €150 on at evens, couple of lads did the other dockets for him. Had them in a €20 double myself at 4/7 with a 4/5 matchbet from Kempton, an interest for the evening.

Flights from Cork to Birmingham return are €167 pp including insurance, we're renting a self catering cottage Thursday to Monday for GP£250 ish. Will rent a car too, Focus type yoke, €120 ish I'd say. Not bad really for 4 nights away.

Yeah a few weeks ago they had a special price of 7/4 on Frankel to win max 50 Eur, i think they only do them for 1/2 a hour and it always at lunch time.

'tis me and my Dad and a buddy of ours are going, the buddy pays the money for his flight and 1/3 of the cottage. I pay for the ole lad as 'tis his birthday present from me. We'd be going anyway if the buddy wasn't going so I take no cash off him for the car

All that aside €300/each would be about right.


Expensive enough to get into the course for the three day (£30 ish a day) but they have the Best Mate stand for a tenner at least one of the days. That's across the track from the main stands but does the job fine, we went into that for one of the days last year, the Sunday I think.

We used to go to Aintree in October but last year reckoned Cheltenham in November would be worth a try, 'tis no more expensive except for the extra days racing and accommodation really. Much better racing too, Liverpool is better for going out in though, Cheltenham is quite enough for the November meeting.

Well what can I say,it was a quiet enough night.


The bird I'm after wasn't out so I was raging.
Me and one of my mates spent the night looking for a group of fellas who jumped a mate of ours last week.
Buying a 4 pack of Cornettos made sence until I realised I only wanted one.
Someone actually bet me 20 quid I couldn't finish a 14 inch pizza and kebab,needless to say they lost.
Had a nap in my mates house while I was drinking for 2 hours.
I smell like a poof cos some girl sprayed me in perfume. Raging,she didn't wanna bang
