Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Mass life isnt going great. Ate all around me over christmas...mostly sugar. Bodyweight rose to a hefty 52.5kg, followed my macros for 2days 115g Protein, 225g Carbs, 48g fat and bodyweight is back down to 51.3kg:rolleyes::rolleyes: Looking forward to checking in with the nutritionist person next week and seeing if they give me even MOAR carbs :pac::pac:...that or I lost a heap load of muscle:eek::eek:

    Feet just got stuck on the Snatches and got called on a pressout for my last jerk. 2nd place finish but very disappointed.

    Wasn't feeling great so we opened light. Got 6 for 6 and my team placed 3rd.

    Great craic but we were out of our depth skills wise.
    One of my workouts was a 6min AMRAP of
    6 chest to bar pullups
    40 double unders
    Got 4 rounds, 6 chest to bars and 36 double unders...hilarious cos I didn't know how to do kipping chest to bars:pac::pac::pac: so just did all singles...turns out slow and steady is pretty good though and finished pretty good in that workout.

    also had a 6min max snatch + 2OHS
    Worked up to 52.5kg

    Filthy 150- Oct
    4 weeks before the Filthy 150 I got a team ticket and assembled a team of non crossfitters:pac::pac::pac:

    We had an amazing time and finished 13th out of 75 in the intermediate category!! No idea how!! Definitely caught the crossfit bug.

    Inhouse Comp- Nov
    Came 2nd in the Weightlifting Comp
    Tied 2nd in the Crossfit Comp..so we had a tiebreaker of 1min max cals on the assault bike and I won that.
    Overall came 2nd
