Anyone knows of places for aqua aerobics, southside or northside of Dublin doesn't matter. Would prefer one specially for pregnant women if I can find it.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the link but I noticed that last night. You can only do it once your 20 weeks onwards and at €18 per hour is a bit much in this day and age

There is an aqua aerobics class in Templeogue College on Tuesday and Thursday nights, not specifically for pregnant women but she makes allowances for you.I did the classes throughout my pregnancy and really felt they helped.

I go to the aqua aerobics in Sportsco beside Shebourne Greyhound stadium on Mondays at 7pm. €10 for the hour and while its not specifically prenatal, she lets you know what you can and can't do while pregnant. I always found it really good.
