How long do you have to wait for a reply after an interview?

Are they a bit of a disaster getting back to people?

Arise are the leftovers of AST Comptuters (who were originally Tandy) which alot of people will remember were originally beside UL and then moved out to the old Verbatim plant in Raheen after Dell bought the Castletroy building. At that point the business was doing very bad and they went from making their own PC's (and they actually did do their own motherboard, storage and workstation design and research and all the stuff that went with it), to selling just Samsung notebooks (Samsung bought at least 50% of the business). It was eventually sold globablly (I believe Gateway or someone similar bought the brand name), and what has left became Arise under a local management buyout. At first they continued to resell Samsung notebooks, then went into selling spare parts. Finally they moved to the back of Dell near where Xircom are, and concentrated on repair work and being a call centre which is mainly what they are now. I worked for them many years ago when they made PC's. So that's the background to the company for those interested.
