If you were going to court with this 'letter' you'd be destroyed.
He contradicts himself over and over again(Ferrari).
LeMond is one of the sports good guys, saw him speak in Limerick recently, a gentleman who truly cares about the future of the sport.

At no stage does he denies prescribing or giving banned drugs.

And innuendo against Lemond ... Well the last time that was used as a defense it went rather badly

I love the way Ferrari actually uses evidence from a trial which found him guilty of fraud and malpractice to argue his point (whatever that point is).....
