What disease is this?

I bought some plants a month ago, ever since potting them, they have turned colour and pretty much died. Here's some pictures of them.... These petals were yellow, but they've turned red.. These are originally red, (they haven't changed colour) They're potted with normal compost, fed with tomato food, and get plenty of sun.
