    Hi there!

    Could anybody recommend a good book (or online resource etc.,) that primarily focuses on risk management and best practice for solicitors?

    How good are Anne Neary's consultancy books? Are they worth the money? And... do you know of a library that stock them?? I've looked up many library (well, truthfull, three) catalogues and have been unsuccessful so far...

    As a side but related point does anybody have any information as to the impact on professional indemnity that following a particular program has/may have??
