Hey lads I have just got a second hand trap, a Birdmaster Maxi Double.
It is firing single clays no problem but breaking them both in bits when throwing doubles. Any ideas how to fix it?

Crazy as it sounds.Put a double line of insulating foam tape. The stuff you use for draught exclusion on windows and doors.Along where the clays sit into the throwing arm.Had the same problem with my clay trap and this works. You can tell when it is wearing out by the amount of broken clays leaving the trap.
