Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

hi, i have a loose back wheel, skewers are as tight as can be but the wheel still rocks a good bit, presume this has to do with the bearings? whats the damage in getting this fixed?

Sounds as if the bearing cones have loosened off a bit.
With the wheel off the bike, viewing the wheel from the side opposite the sprockets(because its easier to see), there is a narrow hexagonal locknut and just visible inside that the cone which usually has 2 flat edges for grip. Assuming that there is no extreme wear, its a 5 minute job to tighten if you have the tools, a flat cone spanner and 16mm open spanner. Its just a case of loosening the locknut, tightening up the cone hand tight and release a quarter turn, then tighten up locknut and checking that wheel turns freely.
