Texas NoLimit Holdem?

Can't go wrong with the Harrington on Holdem tournament books, Volume 1 and 2.

(There is doubtless cheaper versions available on ebay or whatver, the link is just so you know what they look like!).

These 2 books are the learning foundation for a huge percentage of players. (they do assume prior basic knowledge of things like hand rankings by the way)
