Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Most turbo trainers will work with 700c or 26" wheels. You might need to reconfigure/adjust them slightly though.

Most should take MTBs, but you need to watch out for your tyres. Normal ones will not last very long on a turbo. You can get 26 x 1.25 turbo tyres though - these will do the job far better than a normal tyre

Yes during the winter i use my wife's mountain bike on the trainer and it's grand well it's still boring, i got a Continental turbo training tyre for it similiar to the one Beasty posted a link to.
