    Hey,

Just started doing a bit of sailing and need to invest in a wetsuit but I haven't got clue what I should be looking for. I have seen some on amazon called Osprey which look very reasonable? Also what about sizing? I am 6 ft 1" and weigh approx 12.5 stone?

    Thanks for the help.

Can I please recommend that you do not purchase a wetsuit online. Sizing is critical and if it doesn't fit properly it simply wont work. Most decent watersports shops will let you try on a couple of different sizes. They mailny come in 3mm and 5mm (anything heavier is way to restrictive) thicknesses. There are then a number of cuts from long johns, to shorties to full wetsuits. What you choose is dependant on how much freedom you want and the conditions you are going to be using it in. Yet another reason why you should try on a few differnt types before buying.

BTW, Osprey isn't the worst brand in the world, cheap alright but not the best fit I've ever seen.
