    What mix do you want?

If there is enought interest to fill a cash table most card rooms in dublin will make it happen but it would have to be up to the players to organise a night. A tournament in Dublin will not happen.

I would be up for the 7 game mix on FT (pokerstars 8 game mix excluding 2-7).

I would suggest the stakes 2-4. The rake will make the game unprofitable but any higher and the game wont get the numbers.

Possibly organise a cheap private game online for Irish players and eventually build up a live monthly game?

yeh the ft 7 game is what i was thinking of although i'd also play 2-7 or badugi or pretty much any game reli. whats the rake% per hand i thought its 10% evrywhere? i guess i'll just have to hope more people reply to this and maybe we can get something going

In for anything, why not 2-7?

We played stars 8 game format in Voodoo a couple of times but I got sick of organising it. There was little or no interest.

I fairness there were half a dozen people interested who for whatever reason didn't want to play at VooDoo

I dont remember that being an issue for anyone.

Yeah unfortunately it was. There is a group of mixed game players who wouldn't set foot in the place. If it was organised somewhere else we'd attend every week

hi guys if you fancy contacting the jackpot maybe we could help we have a private room upstairs where you can bring your own booze and have a private game with dealer supplied.

I was thinking this lastnight, surely it's not illegal for people to consume alcohol that they bring themselves in a card club, as long as the establishment isn't a licensed premises?
