Grant Form - VTOS Payment

Has anybody been on a further education course or VTOS payment last year. If so, what title did you enter into Page 8 F3 of the grant form (attached below)? If infact F3 is to be filled in and F2 is to be left blank. What documentation is sufficient with this? Thanx 4 any help.
