Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

So just got back from my first cycle with a new BMX, first time ive been on a bike in about 15 years.

I didn't get too far distance wise, I jumped straight in to some fast furious pedalling and my god im wrecked now. I guess I should have eased myself in but i was like a kid on his first bike and got carried away. I had to get off as I felt a bit sick from pushing too hard, I sign im a bit unfit i think.

anyways I proved that you in fact you don't ever forget how to ride a bike.

This will be the first of many a nice workout cycle.
