Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Dear all,
I'm a new biker in Dublin,
and I'd like to know if there is any good place
where I can find parts for bicycle cheap or for free.
I'd like to assemble my own bike step by step
but I couldn't find any good place that sells
cheap parts (I went to Cycleways in Parnell and the shop in Rathmines).
I was kind of thinking to collect 2nd hand pieces and
    have a "guest" bicycles,
do you think would this be possible in Dublin?
(In Rome I knew a few places where you could get rid of your old
bicycle, and people can go and collect the pieces for free..).
Do you have any good advice to give me?
    Cheers, -Luca

Seconding rothar, there's nothing else like it.

You could also have a look at the adverts section of this forum, read the guidelines and see what's on offer.
