Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

i'm trying to install a printer. have the cd loaded and usb connected, then it tells me that the RPC SERVER IS UNAVAILABLE. After searching elsewhere and trying to get it sorted, it turns out that the Print spooler isn't there. I went into computer management and under the list of services, there is no option for print spooler. somewhere along the line i was told windows is corrupt if i see no option for print spooler in the list, but my windows is all above board.
what am i doing wrong?? is there another issue at play here.
the printer is a bog standard HP Deskjet f2480.

Thank you for any assistance offered.
