    Sorry your query slipped through the net - a recent post from RS here: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055994475 explained that there were unavoidable reasons behind a slow response time. There is always the option of contacting the shop by phone if there is a delay in getting a reponse on the forum, or if there is a particular time pressure.

    The Ritz, sorry for the name check, no time pressure that's why i left it 2 weeks, and i did ring the shop and got no answer, rang at 16:52 on 4th August.........

    Hopefully I have better luck next time..........

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
