My dream home anyone know of such a place?

    If I can sell my house and get enough money to buy my dream home here is what I am looking for please don't tell me dream on.

    DO ANYONE KNOW OF SUCH A PLACE ? PLEASE LET ME KNOW

    1 city or large town suburbs or village located near shops gym all amenaties
    with a good transport service to city or town
    2 Near a river (where I could walk along) or sea, beach.

    3 Nice friendly neighbours

    4 House could be detached, simi, cottage, not huge or isolated.would need to be near other houses but still reasonable private

    5 Reasonably priced Preferably around Galway. but sujestions welcome
    Have I forgotten anything? a job yes!!! As a carer would I be lucky?
    And I am very adaptable can settle in easily
