Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Right im heading to the alps for a week tomorrow to do some mountain biking cycling and general outdoor activities. I will be trying to cycle up this as many times as possible during the week hopefully I'll be able to make it to the top Im only going from Val d'Isere as it would probably kill me if I was to go from Bourg St Maurice. It has been used in Le Tour a number of times so its fairly intense. Any advice?

pace yourself :) Ive done it before once, its a long climb. And thats jst the short bit from Val d. Its solid but not too steep, and pretty consistent gradient as seen on the pic you have.
