I run a home based bakery, serving Limerick but based in the Ballina/Killaloe area. Some of you are familiar with my work
Anyways I am looking for a back up assistant to help out and be ready to cover a bit of maternity leave.

I am more concerned about personality and how someone gets on with the group rather than baking skills, I can teach ya how to bake! I cant teach you not to be a jerk! Ha!

Main things to note...
I live in the middle of nowhere, this would be suited more for someone on the Tipp side of Limerick, as I am about 20 mins outside Castletroy in the Ballina/Killaloe area. I do not pay for petrol! And obviously you must be able to drive/have own car..
This position requires you to sometimes freeze yer bits off, selling things at the markets..

You must be available in the daytime. We tend to do the baking work from about noon-4, mostly on Thursdays & Fridays, some Wednesdays may be required. This could possibly change at some point..

Must be sarastic and good at washing up! I would like someone a lil arty too if possible...

We will be meeting with people soon! Anyone interested please email me or message me on the facebook page. Ya will have to come out to the house to meet us/possibly do a trial run. I would like to meet with anyone seriously interested before making any decisions!

I was chatting to a mate of mine, who was in with Limerick Hero's(Arthurs Quay) today, said he was very helpful. Sorted him out with a few numbers and email address'.

Its nothing concrete, but its a start...Worth popping in to see if they can help
