Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am getting JSA casual at the moment while working part time, however, I have just found out that in about a month the business I work for is closing and so I am trying to hardest to find somewhere else to work now, but its looking grim. I think the likely result will be that I am going to have to sign on to JSA properly for a while.
Can anyone tell me what the procedure for changing from JSA casual to the proper full JSA. Will I have to be means tested all over again or because I am in the system will there be some way of just transferring it??

Im definitely not entitled to JSB by the way

Go into your local SWO when you are no longer casual and let them know obviously they will means test you as your situation has changed but as your in the system it shouldnt be a big issue

You may need to provide something to show you're no longer employed, whether it be a P45 or a letter to state this from your employer.
