A career doesn't just happen. What did you start your degree with in mind to do? Did you gain work experience related to it? Or do a masters? Do you have a clear idea of what you want to do and have you applied to entry level jobs regarding that?

It's really easy to get callcentre work if you have done it before.. you can get trained in a new role in a couple of weeks. These jobs often have high staff turnover and often employed through an agency.

Unfortunately it's dead end work and that's why its so easy to come by.

As you have a degree and work experience you are in a better position than someone who just left college or someone who worked for years but doesn't have a degree.

You need to apply for jobs which have more opportunities for advancement.
If your job was in an IT service desk you should look for a job in design or database management or something that requires more technical expertise than telling people to restart their computer.
