Is Airwire slow for others lately?

anyone experiencing slow upload speeds with airwire recently?

im on a 1mb package and most of the time im getting this.
however, in the past two weeks my upload speed is generally a fraction of this recently.
makes watching videos on youtube and the likes impossible unless
i let it load fully first

i have emailed twice this week and rang once so maybe someone
will eventually contact me and let me know if there is a problem
of some sort.

I have no issues with airwire I have a 3meg connection
