    Showery here already after a sunny start. Not as nice as yesterday.
    34mm of rain so far for August, well down on July but still average or slightly above. A normal August brings 80mm of rain to Sligo

    Started overcast, quickly cleared to warm sun with the odd dark cloudy patch, recently raining.

    I think we are meant to get a bit of comfort in midwest USA at the beginning of next week but no let up at the minute, even the air conditioner inside is struggling to keep up. right now it is 89F (feels like 100F).

    Only 1mm of rain today meaning 35mm for August now.

    There has been 1 or more mm of rain on every day in August now bar 1 here in Sligo. SO that means 10 wet days in met terms so far.:mad:
