Two Dogs Found (Raheny Area)

Vet said they are 5 months old, cross between a boxer and a pitbull. Both female, lovely affectionate animals, one was standing outside our door on Friday morning whimpering, starving and soaked to the bone. Fairly sure some piece of scum abandoned them but thought I would post this in case they were actually lost.
