Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A friend of mine was just refused JSA on the grounds that she does not meet habitual residency,

she is appealing this as she is half irish and her irish mother and relatives live in ireland

can she claim SWA while she is awaiting for the appeal and decision in the meantime? as she has 2 small babies and no income now as they have stopped her JSA

    Thnaks

She needs to speak to the CWO in her Health Centre.

Generally to qualify she needs to satisfy the Habitual Residence. If it's being appealed she may get the payment.
