Your local health/baby nurse should have a listing of all the local baby and parent groups for your area.

There are only 2 in Galway organised by the PHNs, one in Shantalla and the other I'm in in Knocknacarra. There are a group of us that meet with our 6 month olds on a Friday morning at the moment. She's welcome to join us. I can also pass on the number of the organising PHN and she could tell you what day the 4 month olds meet (I found it great meeting people with babies the same age).
