    Hi,
    1999 1.3 litre is struggling to accelerate and is down on power on overtakes. Runs fine when cruising. I'm gonna change the fuel filter as I have checked all the rest - plugs, air filter etc.
    Where is it located?
    Some cars have them in the tank near the fuel pump, some have them in the engine bay and some have them externally loacted near the fuel tank.
