Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

MS Word: Failure to Save

    Hey guys,

Firstly, apologies if this has come up before.
My MS Word won't save: Whenever I try to to "Save As", it displays the message, "A file error has occurred."
I should probably also mention that this became a problem once I had started the programme again after it had frozen.
Could anybody suggest any possible solutions?
Could this failure to save have anything to do with the fact that the document I'm trying to save is a recovered "autosaved" document, from when the programme had previously frozen?

    Thanks in advance!;)

are you trying to save to a USB stick or something ?

    No, nothing like that.
Although, I've just tried to open another MS Word window to see if the save function was working on other documents and, upon opening the programme, this message was displayed:
"Saving the AutoRecovery file is postponed for *Title of Document Which I Want to Save*".
I'm assuming the above message is the problem. The question is: How do I enable saving for the above file?
