Some ****ing Parents!

    On a flight recently, a relatively short one but while on
    the flight out & coming back a Parent pulled out a DVD
    player for the children to keep them entertained!
    I felt that this was an intrusion into my personal space.
    I personally did not want to be listening to Horrid Henry
    or anything like it! If parents want to bring a DVD well
    buy a set of headphones & show some consideration
    for other air travellers!

    Now I have children of my own & I have travelled with
    them on many occasions & they have brought books,
    crosswords, suduko & they have brought their ipods
    along with them. Why oh why do some parents feel
    that the only option is to stick a tv in front of a child!

    would ya prefer a screaming child that wont stay in there seat next to you? if ur too good for the economy seats cough up for the buisness class and ur worrys are over!

    Yeah the neck on some people, keepin their kids happy. They should have just hit the kids instead eh!!!

    Nah I'm gonna agree with OP on this one, if you can afford a portable dvd player for your noisy kid you can get him a pair of headphones as well.

    If there is one lesson to learn from the OP, its that Waterford parents have no respect for other people and can't control their kids.

    Perhaps our government can introduce a ban on having children, similar to what they have in China but just for Waterford. Would that help OP? :P

    Anyway, not specific to Waterford so ill close it.
