Accident at end of motorway?

    Was heading into Ennis this afternoon from Gort direction, traffic jam about 1-2 km before motorway, took left and avoided the area, then saw that traffic going from Ennis to Galway was also backed up for about 1-2 km before the end of the motorway.
    Anyone know what happened?

    Traffic collision, no one badly hurt. Wrong time of day on a bank hol so traffic a bit manic to make things worse!

    Good to know, thank god no one hurt, spectacular tailback though!:D
    I always thought that is quite a steep bend at the end, can take you by surprise if you don't know it.
